Protecting
Selection of employees for security
Hiring and training new employees is all too often a major expense for an organisation.
Verifying facts on a résumé can be time consuming and frustrating, particularly if the employee turns out to not have the qualifications, knowledge or skills that were outlined during the interview process.

Hiring the wrong person can be more costly in many ways and may indeed be more so than not hiring at all. Investing in robust pre-employment checks greatly reduce the risks associated with investing in inappropriate personnel.

Obtaining and analysing relevant information prior to hiring a new employee requires experience and specialist techniques - Vetting should be seen as a continuous process and re-vetting should be considered at regular intervals, particularly for sensitive positions.
In association with our partners we can provide a significant and decisive dimension to the selection and vetting processes, thereby reducing costs incurred during and after the recruitment process.

Premises Security
Our consultants undertake comprehensive physical security reviews and audits at offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants and other installations.
Effective security measures need to be continually reviewed and cost-effective solutions implemented to correspond with viable and current assessments of risk.
Security Guarding

We are able to provide Security Industry Authority (SIA) trained and licensed personnel in a variety of industry sectors.

Site specific briefings and on-site training ensure that security personnel have the requisite knowledge and skills to deal with the diverse situations they may encounter on site. Our personnel are pro-active in their approach to their assignment, seeking to prevent and detect incidents rather than simply monitoring and reporting as if often the case with other providers.

Operational support is provided by a highly experienced management team.
Close Protection
We have extensive experience of providing highly trained SIA qualified and licensed Close Protection (CP) personnel.
Including to British and foreign dignitaries, celebrities and business executives at risk from criminal and extremist elements. Personnel are selected from specialist areas of HM Armed Forces or the Police Service and most have knowledge of at least one foreign language.

Investigation

A large proportion of our work is involved with workplace investigations.
Cases handled are related to both criminality and malpractice:

• Fraud
• Theft
• Intellectual Property Theft
• Assault
• Criminal Damage

• Health & Safety
• Moonlighting
• Discrimination
• Harassment
• Victimisation

Allegations of malpractice in their various forms or crimes of a more overt nature, with theft and fraud among them, can leave many organisations wondering whether or not they should pursue criminal, commercial or civil litigation. Whatever the threat, it may well have serious repercussions; negative publicity can damage a company's reputation, impacting on shareholder and public confidence, which ultimately can affect profitability and market share.

Our team of investigators and security experts have many years of experience and understand the issues and concerns faced by employers in today's business environment. Working closely with Human Resource departments, legal teams and senior management, we conduct objective inquiries, aware of potential disruption to your organisation's operations.
